3. Order Confirmation & Billing

• Immediate Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase to initiate the custom-printing process.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately after a successful transaction. Please keep this email for your records.
• Billing Information: If your billing address does not match the information on file with your bank, your transaction may be declined to prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• 12-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase by emailing [email protected].
• Post-Production: Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order enters our custom production queue, and the payment can no longer be refunded via cancellation. After delivery, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to verify any transaction or cancel orders that appear fraudulent. In such cases, we may reach out via email for additional verification before proceeding with fulfillment.
