At NFL Fan Items, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed dog apparel to pet lovers. Each product is meticulously crafted-to-order, ensuring your furry friend receives a unique and premium jersey.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EDT) – Pacific Standard Time.
• Production/Handling Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Process: As we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, your order is specifically printed, quality-checked, and packaged only after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EDT) will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

Once the custom-printing process is complete and your order has been dispatched from our facility, the following delivery timelines apply:

• United States: 7 – 12 business days.
• Worldwide: 7 – 15 business days.
• Carriers: We partner with reliable global carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for all orders.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Notification: You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after your order has been dispatched from our production facility.
• Status Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information after you receive your shipping confirmation. You can monitor your package via our Track Order page.

5. Important Shipping Notes

• Extended Delivery: While 95% of our orders arrive within the standard window, rare factors outside our control (such as extreme weather, carrier peak seasons, or customs delays) may extend delivery to 20–25 business days.
• Our Commitment: If your order is delayed beyond 25 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide a priority status update or a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
• Address Restrictions: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, we currently do not guarantee delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses as international carriers often have restricted access to these locations.
