At NFL Fan Items, we want you and your furry friend to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. As a customer-centric brand, we stand behind the quality of our custom-printed dog jerseys. If an error occurs on our part, we are committed to making it right—quickly and at no extra cost to you.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a Free Replacement or a Full Refund within 30 days of the delivery date if your order has any of the following issues caused by our production process:

  • Wrong Size: The item’s physical measurements do not match the size chart provided in your original order details.
  • Incorrect Design: The print, name, or number differs from the customization you submitted.
  • Damaged or Defective: The jersey arrives with physical flaws, such as fabric tears, ink smudges, or broken Velcro closures.
  • Wrong Style/Item: You received a different product or color than what was ordered.

2. Our “Hassle-Free” Resolution Process

We value your time. If you encounter an issue, follow these simple steps:

  1. Notify Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and Clear Photos of the issue (e.g., showing the defect or a tape measure against the jersey for size issues).
  3. Fast Resolution: Once verified, we will process your Full Refund or ship a Free Replacement within 3–5 business days.
    • No re-ordering required.
    • No additional shipping fees.
    • Replacements follow our standard shipping timeline (7–12 business days).

3. Return Shipping & Convenience

  • For Errors on Our Part: To make things easier for you, you do not need to ship the item back in most cases of damaged or incorrect items. We want to save you the trip to the post office.
  • Standard Returns: If you still wish to return an item for a refund under other circumstances, please contact us via email at [email protected] for a return authorization and the designated return address.
  • Important Note: Please DO NOT send returns to our administrative offices in Nevada or Delaware without prior authorization, as these locations are not equipped to process physical returns.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover).
  • Processing Time: We initiate refunds within 1–5 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

We understand plans change. You can request a cancellation via email within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After 12 hours, your custom order enters our production queue and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

6. Exchanges

Because each product is custom-printed specifically for your pet, we do not offer traditional exchanges for different colors or styles once production starts. However, if the issue falls under our Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 1), we will provide a replacement at no cost.
